Terms & Conditions - Red London Bus for Hire in Sydney

Provide the basic information requested such as time, date, and locations and we will provide an in principle quotation.
When the quotation is accepted, we will require a $250 deposit.
On acceptance of the quote, our terms and conditions are a legally binding contract.
We will only take bookings up to a maximum of 12 months in advance.
The balance of the invoice will be required at the latest one week before the event.
In the event of cancellation by the hirer less than 28 days prior to the hiring, the deposit shall be forfeited in full.
The 3 hour minimum hire is for 3 consecutive hours.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
All hirers of the bus must be 18 years of age and over.
The authority of the Driver and Conductor is final. They have the right to ask people to leave/not to enter the bus if intoxicated or likely to cause a nuisance under the Passenger Transport Act NSW.
Anti-social behaviour or violence towards anyone will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to escort any passenger off of the bus who displays any type of anti-social behaviour.
The hiring may be terminated immediately should there be extreme anti-social behaviour and/ or illegal conduct. This includes willfull damage to the vehicle or unacceptable behaviour due to intoxication either by alcohol or illicit substances.
We will do our best to run to your schedule but we are not responsible for unforseen delays due to traffic conditions or adverse weather.
NO smoking is permitted on the bus.
NO Vaping is permitted on the bus.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, a substitute vehicle will be provided. This will not be a double decker bus.
Adverts can be applied to the bus, either by us or can be arranged at the hirers expense.
If Advertising is applied to the bus, we charge a per hour rate whilst the adverts are affixed to the bus.
Alchoholic drinks are only permitted by prior arrangement. A $300 bond will be requested. $300 returnable deposit will be returned if the bus is left in the same condition as at the commencement of the hiring.
Non alcholic beverages may be consumed on the bus provided they are served in plastic cups.
NO glass bottles are permitted on the bus unless in an esky
NO pouring of drinks permitted unless the bus is stationary
NO standing on the bus whilst it is in motion, NO exceptions.
NO stamping of feet on upper deck, as it can distract the driver.
NO food to be consumed on the bus.
Prams and pushchairs are carried at the passengers risk and MUST be folded before boarding.
No children are permitted to remain in prams/pushchairs.
Scarlett is 4.4 metres high, there are some places she cannot go, and low hanging tree branches are an obstruction in many NSW locations.
